Holiday Policy
For months where either you or I are on holiday, we will work on a pro-rata basis.
This means you’ll only be charged for the number of sessions scheduled during that month, rather than the full monthly fee.
I’ll always give you as much notice as possible for any planned time off. If you have holidays planned, just let me know in advance so we can make arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy:
- If a session is cancelled within 24 hours, the full session fee will still be charged.
- If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, we will try to reschedule within the same calendar month.
- If rescheduling isn’t possible, that session can be banked and carried forward to a later date.
This policy helps keep scheduling fair and consistent for everyone and supports progress in your training.
Notice of Termination
If the Client wishes to pause or terminate personal training sessions, a minimum of one (1) calendar month’s written notice is required. This notice period allows for effective scheduling and ensures continuity for all clients.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, flexible arrangements may be considered at the Trainer’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.
